I’ve always really enjoyed Yoga because its one of those activities that is absolutely unbiased. It doesn’t matter your age, sex, height, weight or anything else for that matter. All that matters is that you’re willing to make your body healthier and you’re willing to have some fun! Yoga is one of the most fantastic activities you can get in to if you’re looking to lose weight, become more flexible (which is great for older folks), reduce stress, become a more relaxed person through mind body and soul, or you just want to do something interesting!
Yoga has always been a big part of my life, from the time I joined my first class when I was 18 years old and still is almost 10 years later. Personally I do it because it calms me down and because it’s a stress reliever, and we all know how much stress we can accumulate through life! If you’re going to get into Yoga (which is a terrific idea) most likely your going to need to buy a few items such as a yoga mat, yoga bag, and apparel.
